What is the 32CC Group?

Umbrella Group For Operators

Internationally, McDonalds and Burger King dominate symbol/franchisor groups. Nationally, Spar, Londis, Centra, Supermac, Abrakebabra, Eddie Rocket’s, O’Brien Sandwich Bars are household names.

Product Marketing and Symbols Groups exist in Irish tourism for golf, language schools, Equestrian, Sailing, Health Farms, Heritage Sites, Cruise Ships, Farmhouses, Guesthouses and Hotels – Les Routiers, Holiday Ireland, Best Western, Choice, Countrywide, Manor House and Select Hotels. These groupings have individual members who pool resources and thereby can market and sell their group both internationally and domestically to great effect. Their success is evident by the growth and strength they have achieved in promoting themselves and Irish Tourism. Tourism growth in Ireland in 2005 increased by 5.1% and for 2006 an additional 5.2% is expected. Government has set further demanding but realistic growth targets for 2007 and 2008.

Harnessing Group Marketing Power

Sharing in this growth is the ambition for the 32CC Group members. The 32CC Group executive has paralleled its market plan to the national effort. No such commercial grouping of independent operator exists for the quality coach tour sector vital to the national goal of regional distribution of tourists. 32CC Group will now fill this gap in a highly professional manner.

Tax Relief On Investments

Unique to the new 32CC Group is the generous tax relief given to Irish taxpayers of up to 42% claw back on their annual investments in the group. Also unique versus other PMGs is the allocation of share ownership with each investment.
